<p>I phoned came to check a price of doorknobs.</p> <p>The lady answering the phone just could not understand what I was looking for.</p> <p>I stayed on my cost on my phone more than ten minutes, NOBODY WAS INTERESTED TO ANSWER OR ASSIST ME NOT EVEN ONE OF THE M A N A G E R S....This customer care REALLY SUCK. </p>
