Game bad online shopping experience

I bought a cellphone online shopping from Game on the 30 April 2023 and I was promised delivery on the 5 May 2023 and it was never delivered, when I check with their support team I was forever told to wait for feedback until I decided to cancel the order now am very worried if they will ever refund my money or not.Game online shopping is bad news.
