game bad customer service

Incorrect delivery delivered on the 31'st of December. Contacted game and have been given the runaround for nearly 2 weeks. What can be so difficult in collecting the incorrect item and delivering the correct item. Each time I contact the online center they promise to get back to me but never do. Either the query is being escalated, or they are contacting the courier company. Terrible customer service nothing get's resolved.
