the product i bought at game is the worst the first one is a Polaroid Headphones it gave problem .I took it back waited more than 18 days for the headphone cause 3 days before I went back to find out any news they only send the headphones , i went back they gave a voucher i took another Polaroid Headphones now there is also problems i don't want to wait for 18 day to here any news i want a refund .now they don't wanna assist they demand me to book for repairs i even phone there customer care they say that i must book it in .is this the bad service and quality of there product is then i dont know anymore
