Game awful customer care

Worst customer service ever!!! Forced and expected to pay account but can't buy. Start of covid advised not getting full salary, pay insurance for such events, no insurance paid until june when I moaned. Now 7 months later still blocked as I might have other income than my salary. They can call my accounts department for payment coz I'm done.
