Game at Jubilee mall poor customer service
Game store at jubilee mall, their service is very poor long queue one till working the other staff roaming around wearing game T-shirt when you ask why are they not opening other tills they say people responsible to work there they went to count money, when we ask where is the manager they say he is not there, after an hour Motho Bare ke Danny Shakwane came to assist apparently he is the manager. This was yesterday on a Friday ya long weekend plus it’s month end one till working,They must just do better. Their customer service is very poor.
