GAME @ Giyani sold me a broken TV

On the 30th of January 2026, I saw a Hisense 75 inch TV on display and the sales person (Nyiko Tsawisi) advised that it was the only one left on stock and that the original box is lost but will be given a Samsung box, of which I didn't have an issue with. Him and his colleague took the TV away to go and wrap it up whilst I made payment. They later loaded the TV into my vehicle. Upon arrival at home, as I unwrapped it, I noticed few dents on the edges of the TV and the screen was broken. I rushed back to advised them of the incident and the sales man advised that it was my fault and a second salesman Agree Banda came into the conversation and started swearing at me and the store manager Johnna also refused to refund me or have the TV replaced with another TV of the same value.

Hi. They've responded and have advised me that they're not liable and I can take it up with my lawyers and of which I have.
