GAME AT CRESTA MALL INCL MANAGER - WORST BRANCH EVER

Good day I trust this email finds you well I as a customer am seriously appalled by the service received at the branch of Cresta Shopping Center I just strolled into Game this afternoon (24/09/23), not aware of any misprints made in the specials paper, completely oblivious to a small A4 printed paper the the door. I saw the ad of 2 sets of towels for R100, and picked up 3 sets. THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO PAPER CLARIFYING IT ON THE SHELF ABOUT THE MISPRINT! Otherwise I would not have made myself an idiot and taken the above product. As I made my way to make a payment, both myself and the cashier saw that it was stated at R100 for 2, proving that BOTH THE CONSUMER AND CASHIER HAD NO IDEA THAT IT WAS NOT THE PRICE STATED IN THE PAPER! As she requested the manager to assist I was shouted at the counter as there was a paper outside Telling us about the price The manager in question (Kefilwe) was really condescending and not at all helpful to us and just mainly yelled at us We were terribly embarrassed at the counter as the manager was really unhelpful and terrible as a manager (FOR PROOF PLEASE CHECK CAMERA FOOTAGE)
