Game at CIRCUS TRIANGLE IN MTHATHA HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Pathetic customer service from the GAME STORE AT CIRCUS TRIANGLE in Mthatha!!! I am soooo frustrated and I've completely ran out of patience. The lady that was assiting me tried consoling me with lies, made me wait and promised to get back to me but only got back after i tried reaching out again. She told me that the are other customers at the store buying the same items I've bought and they wont stop customers just because i ordered online and went as far as saying irregardless of how frustrated I am she'll still have a job and she'll continue working and assisting other customers. I was in so much disbelief I am shaking with anger because of what I have just experienced. My order had diapers and game decided to make me aware that there's no diapers at the very last minute and they said they'll refund me which was really such an inconvenience for me cause at that time I desperately needed those diapers. Now I have to wait 3 to 5 days for the refund to reflect but my thing is what will I use in the meantime. I asked her to please substitute the diapers with a different brand cause I really need diapers. No remorse and no apologies. This is such an inconvenience and I'm soon tempted to take this to social media because the service I have just received is disgusting. GAME AT CIRCUS TRIAGLE MTHATHA is the worst!!!!!
