Game assaults customer and ignores complaint

its been 10 days since I was man handled in your Game store and I still have no received any credible feedback despite call center agents telling me I can expect feedback within 24 hours.

I want to know why I have not received feedback on this matter, the way Game has handled this can only be described as disgusting.
