Game as useless as ever

I visited game at the glen and asked for assistance in one of the departments. After waiting for 15minutes, with no assistance, I<br> asked the help desk to call the manager. After a mimute or so the lady told me that the manager is busy at the back. A customer who came after me were assisted by someone from a different department while I waited. I cant but that the reason<br> for the reluctance to assist me is because I am white. I find the staff at Game utterly useless, unfriendly and rude. In the future I will take my business to Makro.
