Game are *****!

Game is lying to their customers. My kettle broke after 13 months and their website clearly states it has a 2 year guarantee. However when you go into store they say it’s only a one year guarantee. This is clearly deceiving the customer to get sales and is a disgusting and unacceptable business practice. SHAME ON YOU.

Its been 24 hrs now and still NO reply to my email you said I should send. Was hopeful that Game may actually look into this and respond but I guess not:( Living up to the poor customer service...again
