GAME ARE ******- STAY AWAY

The first week in February 2018, I settled my Game account. I was then given a credit to probably thank me for paying up my account so soon. I spent the money and still had a credit of R40. I haven't been back to a Game store after that and and therefore never closed the account because I still had the R40 to spend. Then to my surprise I get sent an email stating that I have a balance of R180??????????. I called the customer care and all I am told is that I made a purchase a week after that!!! Which is bull**** as I never made another purchase and definitely not on credit! Still waiting on the supervisor to call me to give me the exact details of that transaction. GAME ARE ******!!! DO NOT BUY ON CREDIT EVER!!
