I'm trying to make payment on my account since Saturday I'm requested to take a selfie on the app but their app doesn't even get to the selfie page it loads forever now I'm trying to log on I'm advised that I've reached the number of live verifications. I know my login details just removed the silly enhancement you've placed there coz it doesn't work and this will cause my to be now ne in arrears. I'm so unhappy with you

02 Dec 2024, 14:20I'm not the one that should suffer and incur additional costs. Please ensure that they contact me or resolve the issue I've been paying the amount using that method for as long as I can remember I should not be the one that is inconvenienced by all of this. I'm not wishing to do an arrangement I need to pay the installment but it's their app that isn't working because of enhancements that are not working.

02 Dec 2024, 16:22I have been sending emails with screenshots from Saturday to show that the site buffers forever and does not proceed to the next page to allow either the selfie or the payment to go through but they have still not responded. I guess I will await their response because I did send an email before resorting to Hello Peter

I would strongly suggest you reach out to them for further assistance.
