Game and Wumdrop terrible service

Terrible service, contact phone number does not work. Service provider does not keep to their SLA. Was sent a message that deliver will be today. Had to take the day off and still awaiting delivery. As for Game purchased an item on laybye according to their process the item suppose to be ordered but it never was a week later and I am still awaiting for my order
