Game and WumDrop appalling service

WumDrop driver was handed goods for delivery on the 21st for delivery but they only attempted delivery on the 24th. My order was cancelled and when I called game they said the driver was highjacked. Checking these reviews on google about this wumDrop courier, I highly doubt there was any high jacking that took place, the driver probably kept them for himself. Game says there's an investigation but I don't understand how this affects me, they should dispatch my goods and continue with their investigation. It's insane how Game continues to use this courier despite the reviews
