GAME AND VVM

I paid up my account and requested a clearance letter from Game and VVM at the beginning of February. We in May now and I still haven't received the letter. I called them today and I was told I'm gonna have to wait another 21 days. This is showing as negative information at the bureau which is unacceptable because the account has been settled. The service at GAME AND VVM is very poor
