GAME AND THERE SHOCKING SERVICE

I went it store on Tuesday 27/11/2018 to come about a very abrupt sales person. I knew what i wanted to what he immediately told me " no stock" when he looked he saw there was and i got the impression he didnt want to sell the cheaper product. I eventually decided on a more expensive product and paid for it and delivery immediately.

I was told that it would be delivered Wednesday or Thursday at the latest. I accept that gladly but a phone call to a client to say it will be later would be satisfactory. I called the store 4 times and 4 times the phone was put down in my ear. I know clients spend more than i did but i still deserve decent service and just an answer to a telephone call.

Games service is shocking and i dont think i will be spending more moneyt at any of the stores.
