Game and their shoddy service and joke of a promise

Ok, so Game has this 'supposed' promise that they will beat any price - well this may very well be true, however you need to get through to them first! And they DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS - tried that a couple of times. I phone a branch (Wonderpark) and was put on hold a number of times. Eventually I asked (nicely) to speak to the branch manager (by this time I had been forced to call 3 or 4 times). Like her staff, she pretty much gave me a run around saying that she could only beat the price if it was available cheaper in a store around her store - this is not what Game's promise says...!!! The branch manager asked that I email her the info (remembering I had already emailed her shop a couple of days earlier). I tried, but her email server rejected the attachment I was trying to send as proof. I eventually just copied the details into the email and sent it - a couple of hours later and NOTHING!!! Before contacting the store I had already tried (and failed) to contact the online side of the business. Game and their so called promise are a joke!!!
