Game and their poor service

I will never purchase anything from Game stores again on 25 November I purchased a trampoline online and still till today I have not yet received it and they keep giving me the same ****ty excuse they are waiting for the courier. Not sure what courier they use but I have used a lot of couriers and they do not take this long to do a delivery. I think more it is the Game shop that is not doing their work. I am so unhappy but know I know to never buy from them again. Bad service my order had not even yet been picked up at the shop.
