Game and their ***** JVC supplier

On 23 December 2023, we purchased a JVC 2.0 Active Speaker System at Game in Worcester at the Mountain Mill Mall for R6999-00. The item barcode number was ***. The system stopped functioning and on 23 February 2024, exactly 2 months later, it was returned to store under the 12-month warranty. A report was returned apparently from the agent / manufacturer voiding the warranty due to speakers blown. User inputs are USB stick, bluetooth, or control knobs. If the speakers blow, it is a product defect. The Cunsumer Ombudsman to which the problem was reported, received the same report and closed the case on 10 May 2024. Never will Game or their related companies get any more business from us. On the same day we bought a chest freezer, and a week earlier a Univa 4-plate gas stove, not to mention annual vacuum cleaner replacements, and many other electronic goods in between. Never will they see us again and never will we look at any JVC product.
