Game and samsung

I purchased a Samsung 9kg washing machine from Game liberty mall. The machine is problematic. I laid complaint with store as well as Samsung and no help. The machine parts have been changed within 4 months or purchase and still Samsung wants to change more parts in machine. Store manager says he can't do much it's Samsung's problem. So why sell a problematic Brand if you can help with after sales. I will not use money at game again.
