Game and Ryobi a poor combination.

On tuesday 05/07/2023I bought a Ryobi 2.1 generator,at 11.30 from Game At North Cape Mall for R4499.Tuesday evening when loadshedding kicked in,took was a long time trying to get it started,least 10 min to get it started.The fuel tank was filled,and was supposed to last for six or more hours,Lasted for 3 hrs then it was empty.On wednesday evening tank was refilled and after a half hour of trying to start it gave up.Returned to Game on wednesday morning with booklet,till slip etc,all accessories included in box,and was told it would be sent in for repairs,which I dont think is right as it clearly is a defective product.Am not happy with this as it is still brand new.Now im told as soon as petrol is poured in,this procedure is followed.Left it there and left.POOR service.How on earth is one to test said product with out putting petrol in it.What has happened to Quality Control.Shame on Game and Ryobi.Am a pensioner and cant afford to buy another one.Love sitting in the dark,that is why I bought a Generator that is of no use.Game and Ryobi lost a customer today.
