Game and RCS ***** from the elderly

This review is more for the community than the store. I placed a complaint on hellopeter and even then RCS didnt call me. BEWARE PEOPLE! Game stores is busy cheating my mother who is almost 70 years old. They refusing to close her account at Game so that they can add their own random charges on her account every month. I received a call from Game promising the issue will be sorted. Nothing happened to date. DO NOT OPEN A GAME ACCOUNT, especially the elderly. These people are **********!!!!!
