Game and RCS - ********** Activities !!!!

I just got out of hospital after having a baby and i receive 3 sms's on my phone for purchases made using my game card, This was very strange as this game account was open but never activated or used. I then called RCS and they blocked the card i was then requested to obtain an affidavit together with signatures and other documents. All this was submitted at a branch 3 months ago, after numerous emails and calls made to them, i no longer know what to do to resolve this matter. All they say is they are working on it and will get back to me. Now they are requesting payments from me for transactions that i did not make which is negatively affecting my credit rating.
