GAME and RCS *****

I received am SMS to complete my Game card application today 16th April. I had not app**** for a card.

I phoned the Game number and after a wait was asked my ID number. The person then said they are passing it to the ***** department. After 25 minutes of waiting I went through the same story and was then again put on hold for another 15 minutes until they put the phone down on me.

Nobody could explain how it was so easy to create an account in my name and I didn't even get a reference number.
