Game and makro stores horrible service

Having the most horrible service from makro and game. I placed an order more than a week ago each time I follow up on my delivery I get different stories about why my order is not being delivered I get told someone will call me back but no one ever does. The call center staff is *********** and can never assist with proper answers. Can someone please sort this as a matter of urgency as these are needed essential goods.
