Game and Hollard Cellphone Insurance

I have had the worst experience purchasing cell phone Insurance from Game and Hollard. I was told I would receive my replacement phone within 3-5 working days of paying my excess fee. It’s been 2weeks and I have still not received my replacement device! After I called and complained a call centre agent by the name of Abigail enquired why I did not collect the phone instead of having to wait this long. They did not even give me the option to collect when I had originally claimed! Even she advised that it is ridiculous to have to wait this long! The worst is that these people do not even have the audacity to let me know what is happening with my claim. I have to call to check up on my delivery status and each time I get put on hold for 10-15 minutes and each time these consultants have a different story. It is not my problem that your Courier Guys were “on a programme”. The quality of service of Hollard is extremely poor and I would not recommend their services to anyone. My debit orders are deducted each month on time with no hassle why should I wait 2 weeks for a phone I was guaranteed in 3 days???
