Game and DefyZA

I bought a fridge at Game Somerset Mall last year March, Christmas 2025 the fridge stopped cooling. As per Game's salesman I registered on Defy website for warranty purposes. Game Somerset mall was completely unsympathetic and even told me to put food in the neighbours fridge. Yesterday Defy technician came out fitted a new motor. The next day 08/01/2026 my fridge is still not cooling, three weeks of wasted food. Very dissapointed in Game Somerset and likewise Defy ZA.
