game and defy = pathetic service!!!

Please refer to my previous complaint about the fridge. Take note that Sharika called and advised that someone will call me up from Defy and assist me. A gent did call me up and I did advise him that I am at work on Friday however, I will make arrangements to be at the flat from 12-1pm. He advised me that he had someone in my area and they would call me 20 minutes before arriving. I get a call at 15:45 from a guy named Andile telling me that he is ready to pick up my fridge. What on earth is that? Since when does the customer have to work around YOUR time? I wasted time and fuel going to my flat and you people from Defy didn't even show up. Its pathetic how you treat customers really! I do not want this fridge anymore, I want to be COMPENSATED for all the food that was damaged and thrown away due to your faulty fridge and I will NEVER support GAME or DEFY again. Please deal with this as a matter of urgency! I PAID money for your damaged goods....I did not ***** from your stores!
