Game and defy bad service

I bought a new front loader from game wonderpark yesterday its a new defy 92908cn washing machine. Firts thy told me thy have no stock and premotion only started yesterday 14dec 2018 so same day premotion starts thy have no stock then after i told them im gona report the store thy magically found a unit in ther store. Then i was standing more then an our to pay and a nother our outside to get collection got home took out the safety transport bolts and start washing. The mashing is making a heavy noice sounds like rubber scratching and in the staysoft try it remains full of water. I calld the shop game wonderpark and thy keep putting u true to sum1 els and with no help i calld defy customer care line to find thers no 1 answering the fone holding on more then 10min u dont get to a operator. So looks like game and defy do not worry about ther clients
