Game and Defy

Game N1 city has the worse customer service. Bought a defy washing machine with extended warranty. The washing machince was problematic from the start have been in repairs a few times. Three months they collected the washing machine and up until today l have never received the washing machine back or a refund. No feedback from Game or Defy.
