Game and Decorland bad service

Game Welkom and Decorland gives the worst service ever!!! I ordered curtain rails, last week they phoned mam your rails is here but it is the wrong size, so last week Sunday I went in Esme helped and said the correct rails will be arranged with Brent, I phoned now and still not the correct rails. Not a company that a person can trust. I have a Game voucher. Tried to order from Decorland because online they have stock with free delivery above R500. They do not accept Game vouchers so 2 x weeks in our new home with no rails
