game and cannon cannot help

i left my cannon printer for repairs on FRIDAY 4 MARCH 2020. WHEN I WENT BACK TO CHECK AFTER 15 DAYS ITWAS NOT REPAIRED. 21 DAYS LATER I GOT AN SMS TO SAY IT WAS REPAIRED. When i got to the store the printer was not workinf ,making a sound and paper jam.

i have never experienced such poor service levels. i told the lady after 21 days of delay they should have replaced with a new printer. i have still not received feedback.

please help.
