Game and camp master

We purchased a camp master gazebo from game in Vincent. With in the same week the tent lost a ***** and the tent sore to pieces.

We contacted camp master and we were advised to return the gazebo and exchange it for another tent

At the store We are Refused the exchanged and delt with a very rude assistant. Saying he had another customer return a tent and the customer made rasist comments and he since then refuses to do exchanges on the Tents.

1. Are the camp master gazebos made to be used indoors ? I would assume so after I've what I've experienced with their product 2. If customers are returning these Tents does it not indicate that the items are of poor quality 3. Camp master adviced us to return to the store for an exchange so why decline the exchange ?

Game is so very well known for poor customer service and I today acknowledge that to be true... the customer will make or break your business and poor service leads to customers not to return and this in turn will affect your turn over in a economy like ours I do believe no business can afford that in this day and age.
