Game - Amanzimtoti - Utterly and completely useless

Bought a fridge, which was faulty when it arrived at my home. Called Game for help and was fobbed off to Hisense for a 3 month struggle which resulted finally in Hisense crediting Game so that i can get a refund or purchase something else.

Between a Rock and a hard place as i needed a fridge before the other could be collected, i had to stick with Game for a return and replace. I came in on a Saturday, had to wait an hour and a half for the only person in the store who could process this documentation and nobody could find, but when arrived finally Game didnt want to process the paperwork then as it would apparently be a problem with Stock take that Monday, and could only collect the fridge Tues\Thurs. So because of their Stock take figures, didnt not want to help me until after Monday. They even wanted me to put the cash difference between the old and new fridge in a cash gift card and leave it with them so they could process after Monday in my absence, which i refused.

I went back on the Friday to process the documentation finally, and their system was down. This time i had to hang around for over 2 hours, while the staff were uninterested and unhelpful. After 2 hours, the system was up again, and was finally processed.

It is absolutely ridiculous, staff disinterested and spend more time on their phones than helping people, systems a problem, dont care about putting people out despite them knowing i live 70kms away and had to come back twice to accommodate their stock take....etc. Next time...Makro, better service, great staff.
