Game allows *****!!
Game Allows *****!! I have a Game account, on Sunday at 18:34, I received an sms stating that I had made a purchase for R1442,95 on my Game Account, which I hadn't made as I was at home at that time. I phoned the enquiry line where a call centre agent informed me that they will only start investigating the ***** ONCE I SENT THEM A CERTIFIED COPY OF MY ID, A POLICE AFFIDAVIT AND A FRONT AND BACK COPY OF MY CARD!! Then it will take 21 days for them to investigate!!!! I have never heard of a worse or less helpful procedure for them to stop the ***** that i just alerted them was happening in their store!!!!!
