Game allowing suppliers to sell faulty products

I bought Bennet Read microwave made by TEVO on the 26th of December 2025, from Game at Festival Mall. The microwave is already not heating up. I went back to return it, Game is hiding behind unreasonable policy. If an electronic won't even make it past 1 month, it should not be shelve.
