Game allow unauthorized debits on their credit card

The Game Credit card seems to allow unauthorized debits without their clients consent. Took out a Game Credit card manage my ICS, and they authorized a monthly debit of R300 from Blue Label. This went on for two years and now this money cannot be recovered.
