Game Alberton,you guys are cruel

Last year December I went to Game,Alberton to take a contract of 2in1 iPhone 11s.After everything has been processed and subscription fee has been paid,I was told that my ID is not visible and they did not give me the phones, the store manager authorized for my subscription fee to be reimbursed. The contract has been denied but they keep on deducting money from my account since end of December till to date. I want to them to stop deducting money from my account and clear my name at credit bureau. Please help
