Game Alberton/Carnival-A Huge Disappointment

12/12/2018-There was a special running where you can get 2 x 12 inch Raleigh bicycles for R499. When I called the Game in Alberton Cityto find out if they had stock, they told me that its a misprint and that that promotion is not available.

I then went on to call Game at Carnival Mall and when I asked them about the promotion, they didn't know what I was talking about. He later said that the special is for 1 x Bicycle and 1 helmet for R499

18/12/2018-My dad went to Game at Carnival Mall to purchase the bike and helmet and when he got there he for told that its out of stock. My dad asked him to check with Game in Vosloorus (Chris Hani) if they have stock and he said they have alot. My dad drove all the way to Chris Hani in Vosloorus and got told there was nothing in stock. The gentleman even told my dad that there was no misprint at all and that the promotion was indeed for 2 x Bikes.

To cut a long story short, Game Alberton City and Game Carnival Mall told me that the special was not available and cost me a good deal. We spent more on a bike and helmet where we could've got 2 bikes for the same price. I don't appreciate the fact they misinformed me and who knows, maybe other customers too. It would be highly appreciated if you can train your staff to know what's happening in the stores and not just answer because they just don't know what's going on.

P.S**A huge thank you to the sales man at Game in Vosloorus for assisting my dad and brother. Although we didn't get what we initially wanted, his customer service was good.
