Game Alberton Stores Assistants

Game Alberton City store assistants This afternoon my mom and I went to Game in a Alberton looking for cartridges for a printer. We got to the isle where they sell cartridges and there was no one to assist us, the assistants were all sitting close to the washing machines. We saw a store assistant walking away (maybe to another customer), we called him then he said he is coming back. we stood for a good 3 to 5 minutes until I decided to ask 2 store assistants to help us, they called for help from the assistant. We asked him how much the cartridges were and he just said R729...we were shocked because less than 2 months ago we bought those cartridges for almost half that price. We asked him to explain why they were so expensive then he just said that’s the price. He didn’t even bother showing us the cartridges, it was just word of mouth. My mom and I were so shocked so we walked away. We walked around the mall and we decided to come back, this time around he was very rude, he was just hostile and did not show any will to help us. Even if we wanted to buy the cartridges, we weren’t because the service was pathetic. I will never go back to Game for anything because the store assistants are just so rude, not willing to help, very hostile and the service was disheartening. Rest assured, I am telling my family and friends to never set a foot there. Pathetic service
