Game Alberton nonsense

Game Alberton *****s. I bought a sealed Canon cartridge today but when I open it, it was used. I took it back and the manager with the name of andrieh told me he can't do anything about it he will let the supplier know about it. Did I buy from the supplier or from game now I lost my 500 and my Petrol just for nothing in this hard time of unemployment. Am so ****ed and angry. I asked him why they put these cartridge on a store room not on the shelves, he said customers opens them, apparently he's aware of the problem but he couldn't replace it or refund me, or does it mean they seal them back once they notice.
