Game Alberton City is not very Helpful

<p>I bought a washing machine at Game about two years ago using my Game Card. The washing machine started giving me problems. Two weeks ago I went to Game at Alberton City to enquire about the extended warranty I purchased, just to be told that their system was "offline". I returned yesterday only to be told that no, they cannot show me any purchases older than the last 12 months and I should "bring my receipt". For detailed information on purcahses older than 12 months, they need to enquire from head office. While they are "enquiring from head office" the warranty on my washing machine will have expired. Any type of feedback will be appreciated.</p>
