Game Alberton city humiliated me |bad service|Brenda's bad attitude needs attention

On the 19th of October I bought myself a Trojan watch at game Alberton city via uber eats -i didn't like the watch so i decided to take it back . I went to game to exchange /return but I got there and was helped by a lady called Brenda who was very rude to me ,made me wait for almost an hour ;I kid you not, she demanded that I email my proof of payment to her superior Maritza I told her I don't have data cos I wasn't prepared then she said she wouldn't help me- I bought data n then sent it -she made me wait an additional + 30 min after I've sent it she then came back to me n said she can't help me ,they now decided that they don't exchange online items-keep in mind I did not even open this item -it was perfectly sealed n returned within a day - in disbelief of the treatment I received I left to cool off n came back in 5min asked to speak to the manager (Maritza)might be spelling it wrong . She came out with an attitude, not listening at all ,'pointing fingers to my face -i had to live cos I wasted so much time there (an hour) left the watch there cos they wouldn't help me ,after all that humiliation when I got home I got my money in my account-so why all the fuss & **************. This even spoiled my week and traumatized me. I was so disappointed because a few weeks ago I ordered stuff from them as I frequently do on uber eats and they had non of the stuff I ordered-they delivered juices and snacks which is totally opposite of what I ordered but I ate the stuff and let that 1 go :imagine ordering protein shake but received snacks n juices &chocolate but I decided to not make a big deal of it though it was.
