We bought a defy washing machine two weeks ago at ablerton city.paid for delivery.they delivered the machine to our suprise it was a used machine. We immediatetly contacted game alberton city to fix this all we have received from the appliance manager named Maureen is disgusting service. Let alone the store manager who never keeps his promise. We were willing to give them a chance to fix this and give us a new machine but after the terrible service we have asked for a refund. Its been over 8days waiting for game to treat us like customers
