Game Alberton

I bought SmartVu streaming device in April and for some reason it stopped working. I took it back without a slip but luckily I used a card to purchase. Initially I was told they can’t take it because of looting and I have no idea how looting has to do with something I bought in April. The assistant was so mean and service was terrible. She later told me they have to contact head office and took my details and told me they’ll call me. I’m really disappointed
