Game Aircons are still not working after John Lebese said it is 'working'

<div>After I wrote my review 15/12/2016 ( ********** 1) I went according to John Lebese the branch managers word and went back to game burgersfort only to find that the condition of the store is much worse. The shop is hotter than hell. No aircons are working. There is fans at the till blowing towards the cassier and not towards the customers. I had to walk and ask several game employees to assist me with a trolley... there was none in the shop but in the parking area is alot. Some game employees only stood there doing nothing... why can't they go and get the trolleys outside? After I asked the third person I got a trolley. There was a long row I had to wait in because again not all tills were working. I had to stand and swet in Games poor condition again. The shop condition did not improve a little, infact it only got worse. Game Burgersfort service is poor and the condition of the shop is not customer friendly. I am very unhappy.</div>
