We bought a stove online on the 15th of December 2023 and they promised to deliver the stove before Christmas. To my surprise even on the 26th the stove was not yet delivered. We cancelled the order and bought the stove from OK furniture and they agreed to reimburse us. Even today we have not gotten our money ...game is so disappointing 😞.
