game again

This is the second time my phone broke, the first time I had to wait 3 months for a repair, that should have taken 2 weeks, due game never send the phone in for repair, know again when I contact Hisence,they inform me they did not get the phone again,2 weeks passed already. And the phone is still with game, again did they not send the phone, but when I call Game, they inform me the phone was send and are already testing the phone, but the phone it STILL with game. They keep on lying like it is a joke, can someone please advise me what to do, and I don't even want the phone anymore
